Delivery Service Provider

We partner with The Courier Guy for all our deliveries, ensuring reliable and efficient shipment of your purchases directly to your doorstep.

Handling Time

Our handling time ranges from 0-2 days after your order is placed. This period allows us to prepare and pack your items thoroughly, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.

Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, the delivery times are as follows:

  • Main Centers: Delivery takes approximately 1-3 working days.
  • Outskirts and Remote Areas: Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days.
  • Special Zones - If you happen to be in an area without an address or where our Courier Companies cannot reach, we will arrange a drop off point at your nearest PEP store through PAXI

Please note that these are estimated times and can vary based on factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions and logistical delays.

Shipping Areas

We ship to all locations accessible by The Courier Guy within South Africa. If your address is not serviced directly by our courier, we will arrange for your order to be picked up at the nearest collection point. You will be notified of the collection point details and procedures for pickup.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel's progress directly on The Courier Guy's website.

Collection Points

In cases where direct delivery is not available, we will arrange for your order to be available for pickup at a designated collection point. We will provide you with all necessary information to ensure a smooth and convenient collection process.
